The NR Avocats lawfirm was founded by Nicolas Rozenbaum, lawyer at the Paris Bar. The Firm specializes in taxation issues both as regards individual taxation and corporate taxation. It provides advice and defends its clients'interests before the French tax authorities and before the Courts.

After working in private banking in the tax engineering department of the Edmond de Rothschild bank, at the Tax Chamber of the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal, and at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Nicolas Rozenbaum worked in some major legal firms (such as FIDAL Direction Internationale) as a tax attorney. He worked in particular on the restructuring of a major French Group involved in the household appliance sector and advised the French subsidiary of a large American group regarding a search carried out by the French tax authorities.
Nicolas Rozenbaum graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP EUROPE) which ranks among the best three Business schools in France and in the world according to the Financial Times newspaper (major in legal and financial ingeneering).
He holds a law degree from the University of Paris (Paris 2) as well as from the University College of Dublin.
He graduated from the Paris Bar School.
